Refund, Return and Exchanges Policy

Unfortunately, due to the handmade, custom nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items.

For any workshop tickets purchases, if you would like to discuss any refunds or credits, please contact The Flower Pursuit team at hello@theflowerpursuit.com.au to discuss your individual situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you feel like your purchase is faulty, damaged or incorrect in any way, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact hello@theflowerpursuit.com.au with photographs and an explanation as to why you feel the item may be incorrect, faulty or damaged and a member of our team will assess on a case by case basis and provide a viable solution.

 

Shipping, Delivery and Pickup Policy

Free Local Pickup

Where possible, we recommend picking up your items to ensure that the quality and beauty is maintained. We conveniently offer free local pickup options to our local customers in Western Sydney. To arrange, when checking out, please select Free Local Delivery. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection and we will arrange a day and time and provide the pickup address. Pickup is located in Wallacia, NSW.

 

Local Delivery

The Flower Pursuit team conveniently offers local delivery within Western Sydney. For any delivery outside of these areas, please contact us at hello@theflowerpursuit.com.au to discuss your delivery location prior to placing your order.

Delivery fee's are calculated based on delivery area.

Shipping

We offer flat rate postage Australia Wide. All orders are packaged carefully to ensure our arrangements are safe to arrive to you via Australia Post.

Due to the handmade nature of each item, please note that each item may vary from piece to piece.

 

Turnaround Times

Our turnover time is 1-2 weeks, therefore we recommend ordering your products as far in advance as possible. If you would like to place an urgent order, please contact our team.
